GENERAL
All commissions are created in my personal artistic style. Progress updates will be shared in low resolution and with watermarks for security.PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront before I start the commission. No refunds will be issued after payment unless I cancel the project.SLOT SYSTEM AND WAITING LIST
Monthly slots are limited. Once all slots are filled, a waiting list will open for the following month. When the waiting list is full, commissions will be fully closed. I reserve the right to close commissions at any time if the workload becomes excessive.REVISIONS
Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch/base color phase. After that, only minor corrections will be accepted, and no changes to the pose will be allowed. Once the rendering phase has begun, no further changes can be made.TIMEFRAME AND DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on complexity and queue position. Estimated timeframe is 3–5 weeks. Work begins once I start your commission (I will contact you when your commission begins). Final artwork will be delivered via VGen or Email in PNG format.WORKING HOURS AND COMMUNICATION
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday: no work and no replies. Response time is 1–3 days. I will ask for confirmation before moving to each phase (Sketch / Lineart / Base Color / Render). If there is no response within 7 days, I reserve the right to pause the commission and delay delivery, which may result in cancellation without refund.STATUS UPDATES
General progress may be shared on Instagram Stories. Clients are encouraged to check stories for updates.USE
Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. Monetized content is available (+30% fee). Resale, NFT usage, or AI training/use is not permitted.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
I retain all rights to the artwork for portfolio and promotional use. Keeping your commission private has an additional fee of $5.REFUNDS
No refunds after payment unless I cancel the commission.
